DETAILS:

The tubular cut has its roots in the early days of industrial knitting. The first tubular fabrics were created on circular knitting machines, which knit the fabric into a continuous cylinder with no side seams whatsoever. The cylinder was then cut to length, openings were created for the neck and sleeves, and these, along with the bottom hem, were finished by a tailor, completing the tubular T-shirt. This technique was the standard for quality American T-shirts for decades, until mass production gradually replaced it with cheaper, but less durable sewing from flat panels. The tubular cut thus became a mark of the old school — of manufacturing where the details truly mattered.

The absence of side seams is not merely an aesthetic choice. A seam is always a point of increased tension and wear. By eliminating it, the result is a T-shirt that moves more naturally on the body, doesn't dig in, and holds its shape far better over prolonged wear. The result is simply more comfortable to wear, from the very first day to the very last.

Equally important is the fabric weight. Most T-shirts in mainstream chains fall between 140–180 g/m² (5–6 oz/yd²) — fabric that is light, see-through, and loses its shape and colour after just a few washes. Our T-shirt has a weight of 305 g/m² (9 oz/yd²), double the fast fashion standard. Such cotton has a tangible weight, a dense texture and a durability that makes itself felt with every wear. This is not a T-shirt for one season, it is a piece that will last considerably longer.
